What kind of self-protection skills do I learn?
You learn practical, applicable techniques for handling uncomfortable situations. Verbal boundary-setting, physical techniques that work in business attire and real scenarios, situational awareness, de-escalation. Nothing requires martial arts background. Everything builds genuine readiness.
Do I need any prior training or fitness level?
No. Unshakeable works for women of all fitness levels and backgrounds. This is about presence, readiness, and embodied confidence, not athletic performance.
How is this different from typical self-defense?
Traditional self-defense teaches techniques for worst-case scenarios. Unshakeable teaches readiness and embodied confidence that transforms every situation you encounter—in business and in life.
What happens during the four weeks after?
Integration support focused on bringing your grounded presence into real business situations. Meetings, negotiations, presentations, leadership moments. Turning what you learned into how you show up.
Can this be tax-deductible?

What if I'm nervous about the physical component?

Is everything confidential?
Absolutely. What happens in training stays in training. No photos of participants, no sharing of personal information or stories. Many attendees have high public visibility—discretion is built into our program structure.
What is the refund/cancellation policy?
