ESSENTIAL SKILLS THAT MATTER

Self-Protection Training for Women

Learn the essential self‑protection skills every woman should have, but most were never taught. In three days, you stop guessing what you would do and start knowing what you can do.

A focused, three‑day intensive that gives you practical, repeatable skills for everyday life. No martial arts background required.

Your safety is the last thing that should be left to chance.

You have done hard things: left jobs that were wrong for you, built a business from the ground up, and made decisions that changed your life.

Yet most people have never been taught what to do if a situation turns aggressive, if someone will not take no for an answer, or if a stranger, colleague, or partner becomes physically unsafe. That gap should not exist.

In three days, you close it. You learn self‑protection skills as fundamental as driving or swimming practical, repeatable, reliable. You practice them until your body owns them, not just your mind.

You don’t buckle up because you expect a crash; you do it because you’re responsible. Self‑protection is the same: a basic safety system for a life you fully intend to keep living.

You do it in a small, contained group of women entrepreneurs who are not in the habit of leaving things to chance, and who are ready for their own safety to be just as intentional as everything else they build.

What you'll learn in three days.

People who intend harm often have a plan. Most women don’t. This intensive closes that gap with a clear self‑protection system you can actually practice and rely on.

Set clear boundaries

with your voice, stance, and positioning so people actually back off instead of pushing past your limits.

Read situations accurately

so you can tell awkward from unsafe and know when to exit, when to escalate, and when to stand your ground.

Respond physically if needed

using simple, effective movements that do not require size, strength, or a fitness background.

Stay calm under pressure

so your nervous system comes back online and you can think, decide, and act instead of freezing.

This is not a collection of tips; it is a clear system and a plan for your safety, built the same way you build everything else that matters.

What changes after.

Before this training, most women are guessing what they would do in a bad situation. Afterward, they have a plan, a felt sense of their own power, and a new way of moving through the world.

You give your safety a plan

You finally give your safety something it has never had before: a real plan, as intentional as the way you already build your business and your life.

You awaken the warrior within

You awaken the warrior within, not as a new persona, but as the part of you that knows you are worth protecting and now has the skills to do it.

Your power shows up everywhere

You feel your power in your body, not just in your achievements, and it shifts how you walk into rooms, negotiate, set boundaries, and make big decisions.

You make safety one of your strengths

You stop treating safety as a gap you quietly hope never matters and turn it into one of your strengths—something you practice, trust, and carry with you into every new chapter.

How the Intensive Works

Three immersive days together

Spend three days learning and practicing a focused set of self‑protection skills, with plenty of movement, scenario practice, and time to ask questions so it feels engaging, not overwhelming.

A clear system, not random tips

You follow a step‑by‑step approach that connects awareness, boundaries, and physical responses, so you leave with a framework you can remember and use, not just a pile of techniques.

Optional in‑person day for deeper work

If you want to go deeper, you have the option to stay for a fourth day focused on advanced tools and scenarios, available only to women who completed the intensive.

Four weeks of guided integration at home

Afterward, you receive four weeks of short practices and check‑ins you can do from home, so the skills become part of your regular life instead of something you leave behind when you fly home.

Who's This Is For

This intensive is intentionally curated for a small room of authentic, powerful women.

The women in this cohort include entrepreneurs and operators from several countries who chose to prioritize their own safety and leadership, and who want to be surrounded by others doing the same.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Wade Langin is a 6th‑degree black belt with more than 30 years of experience in executive protection, training executives, law enforcement, and high‑profile clients in practical self‑protection, including Fortune 500 engagements and demonstrations at the White House.

For over three decades, he has specialized in women’s self‑protection, focusing on real‑world risk, leverage, positioning, and awareness instead of size or strength, and has trained thousands of women with skills that have been used in real situations.

Wade is also the creator of the Enable Institute and has led operations in fast‑growing businesses for over a decade, teaching and mentoring hundreds of operators and online business managers. This intensive brings those two worlds together so women who lead, build, and support powerful businesses can finally bring that same level of readiness to their own physical safety.

His work is grounded in a simple belief: women deserve more than “hope nothing happens” as a strategy; they deserve a clear plan and the skills to carry it out.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of self‑protection skills will I learn?

You learn practical, repeatable skills for handling both uncomfortable and unsafe situations, including verbal boundary‑setting, situational awareness, simple physical responses, and basic de‑escalation, along with what to do if prevention and de‑escalation are no longer working. No martial‑arts background is needed, and everything is designed to give you more options you can actually use in your real life.

Do I need any prior training or a certain fitness level?

No. Unshakeable is designed for women of different ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. You choose your level of contact and intensity, and the focus is on practical skills and readiness, not athletic performance.

How is this different from a typical self‑defense class?

Many self‑defense classes give a quick overview of many techniques in a short time. This intensive gives you a clear system and plan, goes deeper into a focused set of skills and real‑life scenarios, and builds in enough repetition for the skills to feel natural, usable, and easy to remember when you need them.

Is this a prerequisite for more advanced trainings?

Yes. This intensive is Level 1 of Brave By Design self‑protection for women. It gives you the core system that everything else builds on. Completing this retreat is required before joining any future advanced or Level 2+ programs, so you and the women training beside you share the same language, skills, and safety standards.

What happens during the four weeks after the retreat?

You receive structured follow‑up practices to help you keep the skills alive: short drills, reflection prompts, and concrete ideas for folding what you learned into daily routines, travel, and work, so your plan does not fade once you leave the room.

Can this be tax‑deductible?

Some participants classify Unshakeable as a professional development or safety‑training expense through their business or employer. Tax rules vary, so please check with your tax advisor about your specific situation.

Who else will be attending?

A small group of up to 20 women in high‑responsibility roles who want real self‑protection skills. You can expect a mix of leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and women who care for family members or grandkids and have decided, “It is time I learned this.”

What if I am nervous about the physical part?

That is very common and completely normal. The training is introduced step by step in a supportive environment, and every technique can be adjusted to your comfort level. Many women find that the nervousness eases as they discover what they are actually capable of.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. What happens in training stays in training. We do not take photos of participants during practice, and personal stories or details are not shared outside the room without permission. Privacy and discretion are part of the format.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

All fees are non‑refundable. However, if something changes, you may transfer your seat to a future program or to another participant. It is recommended that you use travel insurance for flights and accommodations to protect your investment in case something unexpected comes up.
